All Deliverables from Internal Workspaces should flow into Jira

Currently, the logic seems to be: "If Deliverable Type = Internal, do not sync to Jira".

Is it possible to look at Workspace Type and "If Workspace Type = Internal Workspace, sync ALL deliverables to Jira"? I understand the reason for not syncing internal deliverables to client workspaces, but for internal workspaces I think all deliverables should sync as there's nothing that clients can see.
