Survey & Assessment: Entry of emails in the Sendout section is not intuitive

If I list an email or emails in the Distribution section of the Sendouts, using the 'Listing' option, the guidance in the Sendouts fly pane is not intuitive to understand that the emails listed must also be added in the Respondents page.

Add guidance to the Distribution section that states the emails listed must be added in the Respondents page in order to successfully send the survey
