Ability to go back and edit the Concourse Workspace name after creation Merged

Once a concourse workspace is created it seems like you can no longer edit the name of the Workspace. This is especially useful when the automatically populated name that comes from the Flex ID is not exactly the naming convention you'd like for your workspace, and you mistakenly create the workspace without editing the name beforehand.
