Enhance the "Workload" chart under the Dashboard Tab

I like the "Workload" chart so that I can manage the workload for my team member. However I have 2 pain points:

  1. I want to see the workload for all members in the workspace, not only the workstream which I'm sitting in. But currently, it only allow me to choose "My worksteam"

  2. Some times, I need to check the workload for several members in one workstream or multiple workstreams. I hope the workload chart should be impacted by the filters. Currently, the chart doesn't change if I only choose several owners.
