Importing the CSV Spreadsheet to Concourse to update the Deliverables, Tasks etc

Can we please have the feature to import the concourse client deliverables, events, tasks and sub-tasks as issues directly from the spreadsheet unlike the feature which is available in Jira.. This would help us in saving lot of hours instead of copying the tasks or sub-tasks from the stages which are already available, as we need to rename the deliverables which are copied from the previous stages. As I can see we can import the details as an attachment for the particular deliverable/tasks, however we don't have the feature to add it as an issue.
