Deliverable templates and action items don't match our needs and it's a lot of effort to delete items/update. The tool has a lot of potential, but it would almost be better to start with a blank slate. Even something as simple Engagement Kick-off, Discovery, Findings, Action Plan, Refine, etc. with basic generic supporting docs.

    Can we just get a blank delivery map so we can fully customize it to our deliverables in our SOW? Now that we have to track SOW deliverables, which vary greatly from SOW to SOW, there's no one template that will work for all projects. Best to just provide a blank template to start.

    Thank you for submitting your feedback! Is this with respect to a specific Delivery Map? If so, could you please let us know? It's possible that the Delivery Map would need to go through an upgrade as we wish to work with the Delivery Map Owners/ Teams to refresh the content to ensure relevancy (and this applies to both Deliverables, tasks, as well as the various digital assets / templates themselves).
