In order to delete a workspace, the status of all work items needs to be set to "not started" ... there needs to be a way to quickly "reset" all work item statuses, instead of going in, filtering by status, clicking each one and then changing each task status to "not started". Would be SUPER helpful to have a "select all" option @ the top so that once you filter to the statuses you need, you can simply click "select all" and then reset all the statuses.
Hi Lisa! Just circling back on this idea as we are doing a thorough re-review of all Aha ideas! I believe we had connected on a work around to help you accomplish this task when you're deleting training workspaces but let me know if there is anything else needed related to this. Thank you!
We don't anticipate too many users to delete workspaces, however if they want to - users are recommended to use the 'bulk select' option. They can use the shift key, and click on the checkboxes like how we can do in Gmail, and this will help with selecting multiple work items simultaneously to reset status.
We will pass this information to the strategy team and do more research before we work on a new solution for this problem.
