The change intake form needs to be simplified; need a drop down instead of having to scroll through big "button-like" views of the delivery map titles. Also would like the ability to add a screen shot or attach a file to my change request.
Great News! The drop down option has been implemented. The "attachment" option is not available currently as per the Survey Builder Team. However, we have added a section where requester can share the link to the document.
