PDM and Delivery Feedback from Microsoft NL team

I am sharing feedback from Microsoft NL, where there is some hesitation around adopting the PDM .

Feedback from Microsoft :

A short answer from my side having seen some of the available materials for ERP only.

• There is nothing much which is usable for us besides the ‘phases’ mentioned

  • The content available is not so much Microsoft specific and in a lot of occasions there is nothing at all (no attachments)

  • We can leverage the phases and activities for internal quality assurance, but for projects we will use DevOps as project management tooling
