Unselect All scope item Toggle

• During the scoping process, all work Items under the selected offering are automatically selected by default, making it cumbersome to identify and deselect unnecessary items.
• A feature is required to allow users to selectively choose work Items when selecting or adding an Offering.
• Additionally, a “Select/Unselect All” toggle should be provided to enable efficient bulk management of item selections.
