Jira Cloud: Automatic Dashboard creation for the template

During template creation in for Salesforce Practice we were informed that each Dashboard needs to be created by Jira Admin team manually during project set-up in Jira. Due to this reason we resigned from majority of dashboards to make project kick off smoother. At the same time, we are going to document best practices in dashboarding to have some pre-setup for project teams. However, if Global Admin Team needs to create them always manually it will have impact on project kick off and overall admin team capacity.
