Include item descriptions in scope export file in Concourse

With one of the latest releases possibility to export scope from Concourse was added. I'd suggest to add one additional column in export file, namely Item Description, at least for L4-L6 items. It would be much easier, especially for customers, to understand the purpose and role of certain items when they have the description included.
