Display both Japanese translation and original English text on JIRA screen

Thank you for providing Japanese translation on JIRA screen.

I request to have both Japanese translation and original English on JIRA screen. At this moment, we need to verify the accuracy of Japanese translation in order to use in real project.

When we activate a workspace, we only see Japanese translation on JIRA screen. We cannot know the original English explanation. It is quite difficult to find out why wrong translation happens. If we have both Japanese and English on the same screen, it would be much easier to understand the original English meaning.
