We would like the security level to be automatically set to "PwC Only" by default when creating a new Internal Deliverable, just like those automatically generated from Concourse. This would help reduce the risk of missing security level settings on Internal Deliverables, prevent incidents within the project, and improve the organization of the task list screen from the client user's perspective.
On my screen, when I newly create an Internal Deliverable or Internal Deliverable Task for this project, the security level is unlocked (i.e., "PwC Only" is not applied). As shown in the screenshot below.
I just tested creating a Internal Deliverable on the Jira project you provided and the the visibility is only for PwC users only, see below screenshot. On the work item you will see a lock Icon, if it is in locked position that means the work item is only visible to PwC User, when you create Internal Deliverable, Internal Deliverable Task or Internal Deliverable Sub-task then they will always have the lock on. It seems the functionality might not be visible on our end, so your help in checking for any bugs would be greatly appreciated.
We have this functionality already existing, if you were not seeing it on your project, that probably was a bug, if you can provide me with the URL of your project I can take a look. Below is the screenshot for the functionality.
