Concourse & Jira Cloud Portal
As a user, I should be able to utilize the 'Sub-Workstream' field/functionality in Jira Cloud. Currently, there is no way to create a sub-workstream and therefore no way to add a sub-workstream.
It's a complete waste at the moment.
