Automate reporting for Ask Concourse/Intelligent Scoping queries

Currently, getting data from MongoDB for runs in Ask Concourse and Intelligent Scoping is manual. This work would be around automating the database that has this information. This could be done with Concourse Business Intelligence or could be net new work.
