Scope: Quick Test of L4 Names
L1: R&R
L2: Reg Risk & Compliance
L3: RR & Compliance - FS
L4: FS Financial Risk & Modeling
In the add scope preview window, the L4s are not in the correct hierarchical order. I checked this in QA and the Production environments.
For example the following L4s: "Risk Assessment" and "Recommendations" are listed before "Program/Project Kick Off" in the preview (refer to attachment).
In the June PDM WBS you'll see that
Risk Assessment (row 203) - part of Assess Current State
Recommendations (row 242) - part of Define Target State
Program/Project Team Kick Off (row 96) - part of Activate Delivery Framework
Hi Jen! Garrett has informed us that the production ETL was ran last night and it looks like the work items are in the correct order now. He refreshed the same scope we were looking at here and the Risk Assessment and Recommendations L4s are now down the list well after the Kick Off L4. Please let us know if you are still seeing this issue!
