Multiple Territories have asked for ALM integration --- so far it came up in Australia, France, and Canada
I understand there are active conversations but want to make sure this is logged and on the radar for Global
India asked for an integration with Cloud ALM as well
Per an update in July 2025, Meik Spanowsky (Global SAP Architect and Service Leader), there had been a delay in SAP releasing the official API and he and the team were checking to see if its worth (and sanctioned) to use the API.
I have just sent a follow up to see if there is any movement.
