Cyber Services Engagement - Can't Proceed

If I select yes for a cyber services engagement I can't proceed past this page, there isn't a delivery tool option to select.

What are cyber professionals supposed to do? There should at least be a pop-up that explains to them what's going on and when/how they can use a delivery tool.

    Even if it's working as designed, this needs to be explained to the user. They need guidance on how to proceed.

    Hi Jen, currently cyber security cannot manage their projects in JIRA. However, we are confirming with Laura, if it's finalized to allow JIRA access for Cyber.

"Select a delivery tool" screen after activating scope is blank and won't let me proceed

After "Activating my scope", I was routed to another set of input screens and when getting to step 3 of 4 ("Select a Delivery Tool"), there are no visible options for selection in the screen and also the "Next Step" button is greyed out.
