"Select a delivery tool" screen after activating scope is blank and won't let me proceed Merged

After "Activating my scope", I was routed to another set of input screens and when getting to step 3 of 4 ("Select a Delivery Tool"), there are no visible options for selection in the screen and also the "Next Step" button is greyed out.

    Hi karam,

    Thanks for your feedback. This is happening because currently JIRA is not available for Cyber Services. We are waiting for a confirmation from Risk to proceed making the changes to the logic. For testing, please select Cyber as No, to access JIRA
