Provide the Option to Filter Certain Levels out of Project Plans in Jira Cloud

Erika Woolley and Brandon Lee identified use cases where the delivery team would prefer to filter out L2 or L3 in certain structures in Jira. The client we were piloting mentioned that the content was good but it took them too long to find what they were looking for so in order to build a view for daily use for the client they requested to filter out Level 3 activities in Jira.
