7/30 Confirming that it has been moved up above the forward progress buttons at the bottom of each page.
I noticed on my large external monitor that the button is between the scroll bar of the delivery plan and the activate button, but on my laptop the "Ask Concourse" button overlaps with the delivery plan view.
It appears we always have plenty of gray/"white" space at the top right of every page (below the apps and user's profile headshot).

I had suggested moving Ask Concourse in this feedback https://concourse.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CONC-I-2122 to move it.

Thanks for your feedback! This work is already scheduled for development, and the fix is planned for our July release.
