Search PDM up to L6 for match by meaning / not just word Merged

Often times we want to locate deliverables / task in PDM but don't know in what BB / activity they reside. It would be great to have a dashbaord or an improved search box (in both scoping and explore pdm) allowing us to query and find deliverables that we need as we build familiarity with PDM content. EG, search for "Charter of accounts" should bring up 'General ledger" that does exist in PDM.
