Overwhelmed by the number of deliverables and tasks that the scoping tool gave them.

Refresh Guidewire PDM (needs to be leaner and reflect that most Guidewire projects are managed in client tools). Need to start project from conception.

Utilizing Concourse for PwC Risk Management only, client tools used for build.
