Ability to Move an Activity

Concourse 2.0 allows for the creation of a new Activity level work item, but does not allow for Activities to be moved (click and drag button) to shift the order. If I add a new activity that needs to be listed as the first activity under its Sub-Stage, there is no way to move it to the top of the Sub-Stage's list. The new activity is stuck at the bottom of the list.
