Create an "Associated" Deliverable field to assist in scoping

To reduce time required to scope and simplify the process, create a field of "associated" deliverables so that if i deselect the first creation of a repeated deliverable, then the associated ones are automatically removed from scope. E.g., in PDM Process Taxonomy: Draft gets updated several times throughout PDM until a Process Taxonomy: Final in Release. If I descope Draft, then all the associated should be deselected.
