Progress Report Feature - Filter by Deliverable Type (Task, Event, etc)

I think it would be very helpful when creating Progress Reports if we could create a view that filters by type of deliverable. For example, I want to create a table in a Weekly Status Report (custom report I built off of the Progress report) to show what upcoming events we have for the next week. Unfortunately there is no way to filter to only show the Events deliverable type.

I would also like to be able to filter by sub-tasks.
