Share a work item: Include description of work item (at a minimum)

Currently, share a work item card via teams shares only work item name along with Status and dates. It will be beneficial to include work item description at a minumum (or be able to preview the task in teams, which would be cool!). This will prevent the need for the user to navigate to Concourse to get additional context to update the status of a work item.
