Practice Specific Announcements in Concourse with Popups and/or Banners

Due to client deliverables and other reasons, many users do not check their emails for major Concourse related announcements. If it is possible to have popup or banners appear only for users within a certain practice or appear at certain areas that are being clicked (such as clicking on a specific solution offering when creating a workspace), it will help drive proper guidance in using the Concourse ecosystem
