Could we add a "what if" feature to the scoping function so that someone could try additional features to see if the rate of return would go up with additional features due to synergy?

Notifications that a user or project has overdue items in the "Withdrawn" status are not only frustrating, but are also not helpful. "Withdrawn" status should stop all due date related notifications.
