Can we add a 'comment' functionality at the Stage level rather than just the deliverable levels?
Use Case: ABS Program uses almost 100 Concourse Workspaces to track build status on assets, but there is no native way to provide commentary at the Stage level in Concourse, only deliverable level. If a comments field was added to the stage, teams could provide qualitative feedback in addition to the % progress complete that Concourse already provides.
