Concourse M365 Document Collaboration is too slow

Collaborating on M365 suite via Concourse is very slow (compared to Google suite) or the desktop MS suite. The O365 also does not have all the features that the desktop version has. Our SRC teams need to update thousands of documents and the document collaboration on Concourse is unacceptably slow
