We would like the ability to configure fields (e.g., add values in drop-down lists, rename fields). This is a critical feature we need in order to use Concourse. For example, our clients have their own status values (e.g., Severity 1, Severity 2), so we are not able to use most of the features in Concourse because we need to follow clients' processes, so instead of using Concourse we have to use Excel for all of our project management activities.

The ability to configure fields is extremely important for managed services as we'll be using these reports over a number of years. While this may take some upfront time on our end to set them up, because of the longevity. So being able to set up reports in a meaningful way, that mets our clients expectations in necessary, as if it can't been done in Concourse the team will have to find a way to do it outside of Concourse, which is not preferred.
