Survey & Assessment Module: Ability to expand and collapse all questions in Survey Edit mode

As a user, I want the ability to expand and collapse all questions in the Survey Edit mode by section and also across the entire survey so that it's easier to edit the questions.

Additionally, in collapse mode, it would be helpful to have some of the question elements available to select without having to open the question (e.g., response required for all)

Lastly, for multiple choice questions, it would be helpful to have the options that are selected within each option value on the option bar (e.g., allow only one selection checkbox)
