Our team is attempting to host an interactive workshop using a Miro board with 40+ client attendees with a non-restricted client. Our ideal workflow would be to share a link during the beginning of the workshop that would allow click-through access to the board with edit capabilities. Currently, 'anybody who has the link' access is not possible, and I would have to manually add and send email invites to the workshop attendees for them to have access. I know from past experience with Miro it is possible to share a click-through link to instantly access and work on the board, and to put a time constraint on the link (e.g. only active for 8 hours, etc.). The difficulty in getting my client contacts and subsequently the larger group is a bit counter-intuitive to the functionality of the tool for collaboration.
Ashley and voters, this Miro request is quite outdated and we do allow Client access in Miro now. The Engagement Leader of the workspace is an Admin in Miro and should have full sharing permissions, they can also promote another team member to Admin if necessary. If this is still a desired request or you need support, please feel free to reach out to me to reopen this idea but for now, I will be closing this Aha idea as working as designed. Currently Client use is out of scope for Miro within Concourse due to NIS concerns... however from the Miro side, we have much less control and if you can do it through Miro, then I didn't hear or see anything.
