When adding a Sub-Task to a Task. The owner and workstream needs to be selected individually for every Sub-Task. I would appreciate if the Sub-Tasks just inherited the owner and workstream of the parent by default.
Hi there! Thank you for submitting this! We've assigned this to our team but in the meantime there is a workaround you could try. There is a bulk edit option available in Concourse.
You can use the boxes at the left of the sub-tasks to select multiple items. You can select the box at the left of the first sub-task you want to edit and then hold shift and click the box to the left of the last item you want to edit. This will select all of the items you need to edit versus you having to click every box. Once you've selected the items, you'll have a pop-up at the bottom of your screen where you can edit the workstream and owner.
