Add the category name with task, risk and issue name for eams chat group with Sharing function

For the sharing function, it could create one teams chat group with the related people. And the category name into teams chat group name, which could be easy to make people to know the detail problem. For example, user try to share one task (name is testing task 01) with Sharing function. system could create a teams chat group with name Deliverables - testing task 01. for other category could be followed with the same solution.
