Edit mode at a workspace level

It would be helpful to have an edit mode (like a toggle button) for a workspace vs clicking the pencil icon at an individual line item. This would be particularly useful when building out project plans and also for maintaining large project plans.

I am currently working a project plan that is more than 2000 lines .. and it is excruciatingly painful to update task descriptions (specifically when I am trying to add detail on the task/ sub-task titles) .. by clicking the pencil icon each time
