Create user profile in Concourse and assign points, and rankings based on users' interaction in Concourse

Every Concourse user should have a Concourse profile associated with the user. Based on how they use concourse (digital assets, modules etc.) over a course of time, the user should be rewarded and recognized in Concourse as a top user/super user. For example, points could be added to the users. In the future, there could be a leaderboard for some healthy competition. Points could also be added based on community interactions such as Yammer.

Currently in Digital labs, users get points for each engagement with the labs assets (along with lifetime points)
