Have clients that use ServiceNow PPM -- would be great to have an integration or even just an import feature to plug the tasks into ServiceNow PPM capability.
In the ServiceNow Practice we have begun moving forward using Concourse for engagements, but some of our customers have other systems needed for managing project tasks, such as Jira and Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow fits this same basic use case. In reality, any customer -- in particular those with whom we engage on ServiceNow engagements -- may be a candidate for this integration, as it will help both PwC and the client maintain visibility into the status of project tasks.
