If a user is removed from a Concourse workspace (e.g., left the firm, rolled off of a project) and was also assigned as a Reviewer, the user is removed from the assignment. This is an issue because in order to document review, that audit trail no longer exists from a UI perspective (unsure if the data is captured at the database level).
