Tighten the UX integration between Teams files and Concourse files

For many PwCers, we are using Teams (the application) to save and share files--like a project/google drive. By default, Teams points to the "General" folder (which is in the Sharepoint backend--although many users don't fully realize this). As it happens, it is the same Sharepoint that Concourse is using; however, none of the files that I load to Concourse appear (at least not unless you know how to navigate there). What's more, the files that we are loading in Teams don't appear in Concourse (when I click on the Files section, it says no files even though there are many files in the "General" folder). Thus, the user experience is such that it feels like 2 different systems. This is too confusing for almost all users.

What I would recommend to the Concourse/MSFT integration team, would be to make Concourse and Teams point to the same directory. Either "General" or the "Documents" level that Concourse uses. This hiccup is already confusing my entire practice. Most are just sticking with Teams and it's impeding our adoption of Concourse.

    copy that!

to build on top of the above:

a large number of people are confused by the folders structure here in Canada. Can we do "Internal files only" instead of "Concourse" and "External files for sharing" or smth like that instead of "Shared files"? and can we NOT create the "GENERAL" ?
