During workspace creation, enable the ability to unselect / deselect App Integrations

In some cases, test workspaces get created that do not necessitate (at all) any additional provisioning of Teams, PowerBI, PowerApps, JIRA, etc.

I'd like to have the opportunity to deselect it so that:

1. My workspace gets created quicker (and with less likelihood of failure because of something else not provisioning correctly)

2. It would not have to clunk up (on the back end) with un-necessary provisioning of apps that are not warranted nor desired by the end-users
