RAID Log - ID identification Merged

As a Project Manager, it would be good to have generated IDs for each item so that you can quickly discuss items without having to read out the title for each one. This should be in the list screen.

    Indeed a good idea. Yes, it is important to have unique ID for each risk for ease of identification.

Require Unique ID for each Risk/Issue and Action/Decision

Would request that the Unique ID against each Risk/Issue or Action/Decision be displayed. As we have to scroll for a particular issue - this is becoming difficult - will help ease of use.
