Bulk RCM/Control Upload into Delivery Maps

Teams are requesting the ability for Concourse to support a bulk RCM/control upload into a Delivery Map, so Concourse's PMO functionality can be used to track the status of testing individual controls, and these results would then in turn flow through to the reporting functionality in Concourse. Teams noted that not all clients have an internal platform to track the status of controls for control testing (like Aura) so this would be particularly helpful. However, they also noted that it is too time consuming to manually create additional tasks in every delivery map for each individual control, hence the suggestion for a bulk upload.
