Concourse & Jira Cloud Portal
As teams are onboarding to Concourse, we are consistently asked if we can provide a dedicated area in Concourse for them to conduct their trainings without impacting existing Platform / Practice reporting. To date, the guidance has been for them to create and then delete test workspaces (https://sites.google.com/pwc.com/concourse/work-with-concourse/get-started-on-concourse/Delete-a-Workspace).
Especially as Platform / Practice teams run their own trainings and embed Concourse in the way their teams work, it would be helpful to have a separate environment for the training so that the workspaces can be managed more easily by the teams. Especially as we think of Save It workspaces associated with the workspaces.
Open to other ideas on how best to handle but wanted to bring this up for exploration!

Missy - I love the idea of creating a separate workspace for training and onboarding programs. This will provide more flexibility to L&D and will reduce any risks when creating DMs in the existing platform/practice reporting.
