Automation of timesheet population via integration with Mobile T&E
Each engagement can have a WBS associated with it
Concourse can track time user spends in a workspace, which would correlate as tracked time allocated to the WBS code
User can confirm if they mean to allocate X amount of hours to WBS code on that date
User can confirm location where work was performed
Once user confirms hours allocation, Concourse initiates a BE batch job to populate T&E daily
Mobile T&E is not available on new PwC Macs. Astro as substitute.
Can be extended to act a budget reporting (over/under) for leadership on engagement financials
I would broaden this a bit and just integrate with FlexForecast so that Concourse becomes a one-stop shop for engagement management. The engagement economics should not be visible by the client.
