When a external user is added to concourse. They receive an email that they have been added to concourse and with a link to concourse. This is confusing cause clients don't have access to concourse. The only reason we add them to concourse is so they can access JIRA & update their tasks in JIRA. 1) if a email is sent to them, then it should have a JIRA link 2) OR do not send a email, and let the project team handle the communication with the client.
