When you are trying to filter you need to click twice to remove completed items (you should really be able to do this is one click or be able to set defaults to not see completed items) and when you do remove completes it doesn't seem to remove them from all the sub tasks as well. It really should remove all so that the team can focus.
Yes, I agree with your following summary of:
All statuses were selected by default so that it would only be a one click exercise to filter out a specific status (e.g. Completed)
Have a mechanism to set your default settings so in your case you could automatically have Completed items de-selected and if you needed to you could always add them back
Thanks Colleen! I completely agree with what you've proposed and based on your confirmation, I've reopened and reassigned this item to the team that owns the Dashboard and associated enhancements! They'll be in touch as we explore this idea.
HI Missy, thanks for the follow-up. Much appreciated! This hasn't been resolved. You still have to click all the status to highlight them and then unselect completed. I also you'd prefer to just not see my completed ones or have them filter to the bottom. My preference for my dashboard is to see what I need to managed today or in the near future.
Hi Colleen! I noticed this item had been marked as Released, however, as I'm reading your summary I wanted to validate if this has been addressed in Concourse.
On both the Dashboard and Deliverables tab, when I open the status it does not default to have all statuses selected, even though they are all shown so I currently have to (1) select all statuses and then (2) de-select what I don't want to see in the list (e.g. Completed). I think you are saying it would be a better experience if:
