Enable the Jira update for the dependency

Currently Jira Rovo can propose the dependency link between task to reflect predecessor ( has to be done before) and successor relationship (has to be done after). However there is no way to update such linkage automatically as the due dates update. Need a skill to be able to update the such relationship via Rovo.
